How we collect, use and protect your personal data.
Clinityx SAS, 137 rue d'Aguesseau, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France, is the controller responsible for processing the personal data collected via this website.

We only collect the data you provide us via the contact form: last name, first name, email address, phone number, company, subject of the request and message. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory: without them, we will not be able to process your request. Other fields are optional.
The website also only places cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function (see section 9). No audience measurement, profiling or advertising cookies are used.
Each processing activity relies on one of the legal bases set out in Article 6 of the GDPR:

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Clinityx addresses professionals. In accordance with Article L.34-5 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code and CNIL guidance, you may receive communications about our services at your professional email address, related to your role, after having been informed of this. You may object at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason: every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you may also write to dpo@clinityx.com. No prospecting is sent to personal email addresses without prior consent.
Prospect data is kept in our active database for 3 years from your last contact, in accordance with the CNIL's reference framework on commercial management. After this period, it is deleted, or archived with restricted access where required by law or for the applicable statutory limitation periods (up to 5 years, Article 2224 of the French Civil Code), and then deleted. You may request early deletion of your data at any time by contacting the DPO.
Your data is accessible only to authorised members of Clinityx's sales and administrative teams, as well as to our technical processors acting on our instructions and on our behalf, under contracts compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR: Cegedim.cloud (website host, RCS 790 173 066). Your data is neither sold nor disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.
No personal data is transferred outside the European Union. The website is hosted exclusively in mainland France.
No decision producing legal effects concerning you, or significantly affecting you, is made solely on the basis of automated processing, and no profiling is carried out.
The website uses exclusively cookies that are strictly necessary for its technical operation (secure browsing, access to services). In accordance with Article 82 of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, these cookies are exempt from consent requirements. No audience measurement, profiling or advertising cookies are placed.

You may also object at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge, to the use of your data for commercial prospecting purposes (Art. 21.2 of the GDPR).
To exercise these rights, send your request to dpo@clinityx.com. We will respond within one month, which may be extended by two months in the case of a complex request (Art. 12.3). If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr – 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07).
Clinityx implements technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks involved (Art. 32 of the GDPR) to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data. The website is hosted by Cegedim.cloud, certified as a Health Data Host (HDS), ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 27017 and ISO 27018; however, no health data is collected via this website.
Clinityx may update this policy, in particular to reflect changes in the law or in its services. The date of the last update appears below. In the event of a substantial change affecting your rights or the use of your data, you will be informed via a notice visible on the website or, if we have your contact details, by email.
